Shipping:
Your mural's purchase price includes free world-wide shipping with a tracked courier service (Usually DHL or UPS)

Delivery Times:

All items are custom printed on demand so please allow up to three weeks from date of purchase. We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Any customisation or design work will be made generally within two business days.  Courier services take between 48 hours and up to 14 days depending on destination and time of year. 

International Orders

Customs/import conditions and thresholds vary from country to country and (if) any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns and order cancellation policy:

All murals and wallpapers are custom printed on demand and, once the printing process has begun cannot be cancelled or returned or refunded for a change of mind.

Faulty Products:

We strive for excellence but in the event of a printing or material fault we will offer a full refund or replacement.

NB: We require photographs of the faults prior to installation in order to process to the refund/replacement

Hanging/installation

We recommend installing by an experienced professional and are not responsible or liable for any damage to our products or your walls during installation process

Privacy:
Any customer details gathered during the shopping process will be used for the sole purpose of processing the transaction and will not be passed, sold or transferred to any third parties.

Security:
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Order fulfilment:

If for any reason, we are not able to fulfil an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
